Location: Approximately 4 miles southwest of Birdseye, Indiana or 6.5 miles northeast of Ferdinand, Indiana in the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Sec. 32, T2S, R3W in Jefferson Township. From the intersection of SR 64 and South Kyana Road, which is approximately 2.7 miles east of St. Anthony or 5.3 miles west of Birdseye, go south on S. Kyana Rd. approximately 1.2 miles. There is a lane with pink ribbon on the left (east) side that accesses the property. The marked timber is located on the east side of Kyana Rd. along this lane. The bid opening will be on this lane just off of Kyana Rd. See the map on back.

If it is necessary to widen the access lane into the property, the owners are willing to purchase a culvert and load of rock if the purchaser can install the culvert. Seller reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. The owner and their agents make no guarantees of the board feet, number, or quality of trees listed in the timber tally. Bidders are urged to satisfy themselves as to type, quality, and quantity of timber offered for sale. Buyer must have an Indiana timber buyer’s license. Best management logging practices are required during the harvest operation. Purchaser will be required to carry insurance.
