Location:  Location:  Approximately 5 miles northwest of Shoals, IN and 6.25 miles northeast of Loogootee, IN in the SW¼, SE¼ and the SE¼, SW¼, of Section 35, T4N, R4W in Center Township.  From the intersection of Hwy 50 and Hwy 450, which is about 1.3 miles west of Shoals and 6.1 miles east of Loogootee, go north on 450 2.9 miles to Dover Hill Rd.  Turn west (left) on Dover Hill Rd and go about 0.9 miles to Killion Road.  Turn north (right) on Killion and go about 0.4 miles.  Here you will see the overhead transmission lines crossing the road.  The Hidey property lies on the north side of Killion Rd. and this transmission line.  The access to the property is just past the power lines with an opening into the field where the log yard would be.  The Hidey residence is the first house on the right after the power line.  See map on back.

 Remarks: Trees are marked with blue paint.  Seller reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.  The owner and their agents make no guarantees of the board feet, number, or quality of trees listed in the timber tally.  Bidders are urged to satisfy themselves as to type, quality, and quantity of timber offered for sale.  Buyer must have an Indiana timber buyer’s license.  Best management logging practices are required during the harvest operation.  Purchaser will be required to carry insurance.  A summary of diameter and volume distributions by species is available upon request.
