Location:  Approximately 5 miles north of Worthington, Indiana in parts of the S½ of Section 34, T9N, R5W, Jefferson Township, Owen County and in parts of the NW¼ of Section 3, T8N, R5W of Jefferson Township, Green County.  From the center of Worthington, take Hwy 231/67 North (toward Spencer) for 2.8 miles to CR 25W.  There is a white sign at this turn for Marner Wood Products.  Turn left, north on CR 25W and follow the road for 2.3 miles until the road “T”s into Wagler Rd. or CR 850S  (Note that CR 25W becomes CR 60W and on this road you will pass the Marner Wood Products building where the bid opening will take place.)  At this point, Tracts 1 & 2 are located in front of you, north across the bean field. To access Tracts #1 & #2, turn right and go about 100 yards to where you can drive into the bean field.  Turn into the field and drive north along the east edge of field to the marked timber.  Tract #2 is along the north edge of the field (trees marked in orange), and Tract #1 is north and east of Tract #2 (trees marked in blue).  These Tracts are separated by orange & black striped flagging.  Pink flagging is hung along the out-lying property boundary of both tracts.  To see Tract #3, return to Wagler Rd. and go west back to CR 60W.  Turn on CR 60W and drive 0.4 miles toward the Marner Wood Products, to the 3rd gravel driveway on your left.  There is no house on this property, but there is a pole barn with hay equipment in the barn and a red livestock trailer parked outside.  Turn left into the gravel driveway and the marked timber (trees marked in blue) is east of the barn & parking area.  Pink flagging is hung along the out-lying property boundary.  See map on back.
