Location: Approximately 2.5 miles south of French Lick, Indiana in the NW 1/4 of Sec. 22, T1N, R 2W in French Lick Township, Orange County. From the intersection of HWY 145 and HWY 56 in French Lick, take HWY 145 south 3.0 miles to Old SR 145. Turn west on Old SR 145 and go .2 miles to where the road makes a 90 degree turn to the north. The northeast corner of the Flick property is on the left side of this turn and lies to the south and west of this corner. The property & sale area can be accessed by the old lane that goes west of this turn. See the map on back.

Remarks: Remarks: This harvest is marked for a new county road to be built through the Flick Forest. Any & all trees in the 18 acre new road right-of-way are available for harvest. This area is defined by RED paint marks on each side of the right-of-way and NEW orange and white ribbon. Trees in this area with blue slashes are included in the tally. Trees marked with blue bands and stump marks in the 17 acre strip east of the road right-of-way and a narrow buffer strip west of the right-of-way, are also included in the tally and in the sale.
Seller reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. The owner and their agents make no guarantees of the board feet, number, or quality of trees listed in timber summary table. Bidders are urged to satisfy themselves as to type, quality, and quantity of timber offered for sale. Buyer must have an Indiana Timber Buyer’s License. Best management logging practices will be expected during the harvest operation in all areas outside the road right-of-way. Purchaser will be required to carry liability and workman’s comp. insurance. This is a classified forest and is certified under FSC certificate SCS-FM/COC-000123N as “FSC 100%”. A detailed summary of diameter and volume distributions by species for the tally is available upon request.
