Location: Location: Approximately 8.6 miles southwest of Loogootee or 11 miles north of Jasper in the west 1/2 of the NE 1/4, Sec. 4, T1N, R5W in Reeve Township. From Hwy 231, about 7.3 miles south of Hwy 50 in Loogootee or 5 miles north of the White River bridge at Haysville, IN turn west on CR 650 S. Go 2.4 miles to the town of Alfordsville. Turn south on Main St., also known as CR 1175 E. Go .75 miles to CR 700 S., turn west for .4 miles to CR 1125 E. Turn south on 1125 E and travel .5 miles to CR 750 S. Go west on 750 S about .7 miles where you will see the woods and a cabled gate on your right. The log yard and bid opening will be inside that gate. Besides the woods where the log yard will be there is a separate marked woods across a small field to the north of this woods and two separate fingers are marked to the east of this woods. Best management logging practices are required during the harvest operation. Purchaser will be required to carry insurance.
