Location:  Location:  10044 E Conservation Club Rd, Birdseye, IN  47513   Approximately 2 miles southwest of Birdseye, Indiana in the NW ¼ of the NW ¼ of Sec. 2, T3S, R3W in Jefferson Township.  From the intersection of SR 64 and Mentor Road South, which is about 2.1 miles west of Birdseye, go south on Mentor Road South 1.7 miles to the intersection with Conservation Club Road.  Turn east onto Conservation Club Road, past the Birdseye Conservation Club, 0.5 miles to the sweeping turn to the left.  At this point the Voegerl property is on the east side of the road.  The front tract is visible at this point.  Less than 0.1 miles north are the locations for the possible log yards and the drive to the barn and bid opening site is about 0.2 miles north of the curve.  See map on back.
