Location:  Approximately 6 miles southeast of Jasper, Indiana and 5.5 miles north of Ferdinand, Indiana, in parts of Sections 31 & 32, T2S, R4W, Jackson Township.  From the junction of Hwy 162 and Hwy 64 (Bretzville Junction), take Hwy 64 west toward Huntingburg for 0.8 mile to a gravel drive on the right (north) that goes to the Welp farm house and residence.  Note this is the 2nd driveway on your right (north) and is just past CR 100 E on your left (south).  As you drive up to the house, go around the pole barn and drive up to the most northern barn.  Here you will have to park and walk.  The marked forest is north across the grass and corn field.  The landowner will allow for logging access across this field while crops are present and the truck haul route can either go through the barn yard or after turning off the highway go straight into the fescue sod before the barn yard and back to the log yard.  See map on back.
