Location:  Location:  Stand #1 is approximately 2.6 miles southwest of Cynthiania or 3.3 miles southeast of Poseyville in the N ½ of the NE ¼ of Section 27, T4S, R12W, Smith Township.  Stand #2 is approximately 1.3 miles southwest of Cynthiania or 3.5 miles east of Poseyville in the SE ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 14, T4S, R12W in Smith Township.  From Exit 18 on I-64 go south on Hwy 65 to the first road on the right, Water Tank Rd.  This is adjacent to the MotoMart gas station.  Go west on Water Tank Rd. 2.3 miles to Corbett Rd.  Turn left on Corbett and go south 0.7 miles.  Stand #1 is on your right at this point.  To get to Stand #2, return to Water Tank Rd. and turn left.  Go 0.8 miles to Cleveland Rd.  Turn right on Cleveland and go 0.5 miles to the 90 degree turn in the road.  The Bender residence is the farmstead on the north side of this curve and where the bid opening will be.  Continue on Cleveland another 0.1 miles to the next 90 degree turn, but this time go straight on to Scheller Rd.  Continue on Scheller Rd. east for 0.8 miles to the next 90 degree turn.  Stand #2 is the woods directly to the east.

Location:  Approximately 2.6 miles southwest of Holland, Indiana and 2.5 miles northeast of Selvin, Indiana in the SE ¼ of the NW ¼ and the NE ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section. 21, T3S, R6W, Lockhart Township.  From the intersection of SR 68 and Yellow Banks Trail in Selvin, go north on Yellow Bank Trail 0.2 miles and turn right on Selvin Rd.  Go 1.8 miles on Selvin Rd. to Ingram Rd.  Go north on Ingram Rd. about 0.6 miles to the Pike County line.  Here the road turns into CR 1250 S.  Continue north another 0.6 miles to the west line of the marked woods.  From here the marked timber is on both sides of the road.  If coming from Holland go west on Main Street from SR 161 to 4th St., go right one block to Iowa St. and turn left.  Go west on Iowa and CR 900 S 1.8 miles to CR 1250 S (which is the Dubois/Pike County line.  Turn left here and go 1 mile to the marked woods.  Note the 15 ton limit bridge on 1250 S. on this route.     See map on back.

Location:  Approximately 4 miles east of Loogootee or 3.3 miles northwest of Shoals, in the west half of Sec. 15, T3N, R4W in Center Township.  From the intersection of Hwy 231 and Hwy 50 in Loogootee, go east on Hwy 50 approximately 4.0 miles.  You will see a red barn on the right side of the road but the driveway to the property is on the left before you get to the barn.  If coming from the east, starting at the intersection of Hwy 50 and Hwy 450N, take Hwy 50 for 2.2 miles west to the red barn on the left.  The property drive will be just past the barn on your right.  This drive is a legal easement to the property and the marked timber lies to the the north and west of the neighbor’s house.  See map on back

Location:  Approximately 3.5 miles northwest of Poseyville, Indiana, and 1 mile north of I-64, located in part of Section 2, T4S, R13W of Robb Township.  Traveling west on I-64, take the Poseyville exit (State Rd. 165) & turn right on SR 165 and go north for 3.0 miles to CR875 S.  At this intersection the Davis Bros. Trucking business is on your right.  Turn left (west) on CR875S and go approx. ¾ miles where road “T’s” into CR600E.  Turn right (north) then immediately left (west) onto CR850S and go 1 mile to Pumpkin Run Rd. WELP TIMBER SALE

Location:  Approximately 6 miles southeast of Jasper, Indiana and 5.5 miles north of Ferdinand, Indiana, in parts of Sections 31 & 32, T2S, R4W, Jackson Township.  From the junction of Hwy 162 and Hwy 64 (Bretzville Junction), take Hwy 64 west toward Huntingburg for 0.8 mile to a gravel drive on the right (north) that goes to the Welp farm house and residence.  Note this is the 2nd driveway on your right (north) and is just past CR 100 E on your left (south).  As you drive up to the house, go around the pole barn and drive up to the most northern barn.  Here you will have to park and walk.  The marked forest is north across the grass and corn field.  The landowner will allow for logging access across this field while crops are present and the truck haul route can either go through the barn yard or after turning off the highway go straight into the fescue sod before the barn yard and back to the log yard.  See map on back.

LOUIE LUEKEN TIMBER SALE

Location:  Approximately 2.5 miles south of Dubois, Indiana and 5.5 miles northeast of Jasper, Indiana, in SE ¼ of Section 23, T1S, R4W, Marion Township.  On the south side of the town of Dubois, turn south off of Hwy 545 onto Jasper-Dubois Rd.  Travel south on Jasper-Dubois Rd. for 2 miles to a point where road makes a 90-degree turn to the right at the bottom of the hill and continues west.  At this curve turn left (east) onto Steinbottom Rd. and travel southeast for approximately 1/8 mile.  Mark Lueken’s  house will be the first house on your right (where the bid opening will occur) and the marked timber will be on your left.  Straight across from the Mark Lueken house is a lane into the woods with a “Tree Farm” sign on a split rail fence.  Pull in here to view the marked timber sale.  If coming from the south go to the intersection of SR 164 and Steinbottom Road, which is about 1 mile west of Celestine, IN on SR 164.  Turn north on Steinbottom Road.  The Lueken property is about 1.6 miles on the right hand side of the road.  See map on back.  Note:  There are 4-wheel trails in the woods, so the marked timber can be viewed by using a 4-wheeler.

Location:  Location:  Approximately 3 miles southeast of Celestine, IN or 1.75 miles northeast of Schnellville, IN or 3 miles northwest of Birdseye, IN in Sections 10 & 11, T2S, R3W in Hall Township.  From Celestine take Hwy 164 east for 3.8 miles to CR S1025E, which is 5.5 miles west of the Hwys 164 – 145 intersection.  Turn right (south) on CR S1025E and go 1.1 miles to CR 175S.  Turn right (west) on CR 175 S.  The small woods on your north beyond the corn field is Stand #3.  The next driveway on your right goes back to the Lueken property and farm buildings.  Stand #1 is to the north and west of the farm buildings.  Continuing west on CR 175S you will hit a 90 degree turn to the south.  The house on the turn is the Ronnie Lueken residence and the site of the bid opening.  Stand #2 is to the west of the residence and can be accessed on the lane just west of the house in the 90 degree turn.

The property can be also reached from Birdseye, IN, by taking Hwy 64 west for 1.2 miles to CR 1025 E.  Turn right (north) on CR 1025 E and go 2.4 miles to CR 175 S.  Turn left on CR 175 S to reach the property.   See map on back.

Location:  Approximately 1.9 miles northeast of Schnellville or 3.7 miles northwest of Birdseye in the NE ¼ of Sec. 9 and the N ½ of Sec. 10, T2S, R3W in Hall Township.  From the intersection of Hwy 164 and CR S 1025 E, which is about 3.8 miles east of Celestine or 5.5 miles west of the Hwy 164 and Hwy 145 intersection, go south on CR S 1025 E 1.1 miles to CR 175 S.  Turn right (west) on CR 175 S.  The Lueken Lifestock and Grain Farm operations are the buildings on the right.  This is where the bid opening will be and part of the marked timber can be accessed from these buildings.  The timber can be accessed as well from the west by continuing on CR 175 S, 1.6 miles past the Lueken Farm drive to the intersection with CR 820 E.  Turn north and follow the road .5 miles to the intersection with CR 900 E.  Turn right on 900 E and go .6 miles to a private drive on the right.  Look for the little house with a bell in it.  Follow this lane, staying on the bottom road for about .3 miles.  When you reach the cabin on the right, the lane continues straight ahead into a hay field.  This hayfield is on the Lueken property and the marked timber is to the north, east and south of this hay field.

Location:  Location:  Approximately 4 miles northeast of Griffin, IN or 10.4 miles southwest of Owensville, IN in the E½, NE¼ of Section. 20 and the W½, NW¼ of Section 21, T3S, R13W in Wabash Township.  From the Poseyville exit off I-64, go north on Hwy 165 for 3 miles to the intersection with CR 875 S.  At this intersection on your right is the Davis Bros. trucking business. Turn west (left) on 875 S and go about .75 miles to the “T”.  Turn right and immediately left onto CR 850 S.  Go approximately 4.3 miles to CR 1675 W.  Turn right onto 1675 W and go north about 1.8 miles to a lane on the right.  This lane accesses the Sharp property and the marked timber.  About .2 miles up this lane and you will come to an old field planted to trees.  At this point the marked timber is to the north, east and south of the tree planting.  See map on back.   Note:  There are 4-wheel trails through the woods, so the marked timber could be viewed if one wanted to use a 4-wheeler.

Location:  Location:  Approximately 5.7 miles southwest of St. Croix, IN or 15 miles northeast of Tell City in the NE¼ of Sec. 27, T4S, R2W in Oil Township.  From the intersection of I-64 and Hwy 37, go south on Hwy 37 for 5.5 miles to Tipsaw Drive, which is also called CR 503 on GPS.  This is at mile marker #17 and is the first road to the right after the entrance road to Tipsaw Lake.  Turn on Tipsaw Drive and proceed straight for 0.2 miles to the start of the Harpenau property.  The next house, second drive off of Hwy 37, is the Paul Harpenau residence.  The marked timber is to the south and west of this point.   See map on back.  Note:  There are 4-wheel trails through the field & woods, so the marked timber could be viewed if one wanted to use a 4-wheeler.
